Friday — After our little adventure in Connecticut we headed up to Boston. It's weird, because we just couldn't get excited about Boston. We did make it down to Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard though. Cousin Andy's girlfriend has an aunt and uncle who live on Cape Cod. Her uncle Gert (he's a Geerrrrrman) has his own plane and, had weather permitted, would have flown us over to the Vineyard.
Kristin was a little apprehensive about flying in such a small craft, but I told her "Hey, if it was good enough for JFK Jr., it's good enough for me."
What, too soon?
Well, the weather was crappy anyway, so we just took the ferry. The shaky ferry ride, combined with the horrible trips on the island's buses made Kristin quite ill. I'd hope she'd feel better after a trip to a purse boutique, where she bought a Coach "style" bag. No dice.
Saturday — Again, we just couldn't get excited about Boston. We spent the day at the New England Aquarium, took some pictures and then headed back to the suburbs for Chinese take-out. We also hung out briefly in Salem, Mass., looking at all the witch trial stuff and hitting up a ...
